YOYEN Enterprises, based in the Philippines, has received ISO 9001:2015 certification from Pacific Certifications for its Quality Management System (QMS).
The certification applies to the activities and processes identified within the company’s approved certified scope. It covers the responsibilities, operational controls, documented information and related support processes used by YOYEN Enterprises to manage the products or services included on its certificate.
ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving a quality management system. Its process-based approach helps organizations define responsibilities, understand customer requirements, manage risks and opportunities, monitor performance and address problems through corrective action.
For YOYEN Enterprises, the QMS provides a structured way to connect daily operations with quality objectives and customer expectations. Defined processes and records help the team monitor whether work is being completed as planned, respond to issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
The standard also addresses leadership involvement, suitable resources, performance evaluation, internal audits and management reviews. These elements help keep quality responsibilities integrated into regular business activities.
Pacific Certifications issued the certification following its independent audit and certification process. The certification confirms that YOYEN Enterprises’ quality management system conforms to ISO 9001:2015 requirements within the scope stated on its certificate.
