RMK Enterprises, based in India, has received ISO 3632-1:2025 and ISO 3632-2:2010 certifications from Pacific Certifications for activities within its specified trading scope.

The certified scope covers the online and offline trading, marketing and sale of Kashmiri saffron and dry fruits, including Kashmiri walnuts, almonds and other related products. These activities are carried out through e-commerce platforms and conventional retail channels.

ISO 3632-1:2025, titled Spices — Saffron (Crocus sativus L.) — Part 1: Specification, establishes requirements for dried saffron. It applies to saffron supplied as filaments, cut filaments or powder and includes recommendations concerning storage and transport.

ISO 3632-2:2010, titled Spices — Saffron (Crocus sativus L.) — Part 2: Test Methods, specifies methods for testing dried saffron in filament, cut-filament and powder forms. These methods provide a consistent technical basis for evaluating saffron against the applicable specification.

Within RMK Enterprises’ wider commercial scope, the two standards apply specifically to its Kashmiri saffron products. The company’s walnuts, almonds and other dry fruits remain part of its trading activities but are not products covered by the technical requirements of ISO 3632.

Pacific Certifications issued the certifications following its independent assessment and certification process. The certifications confirm conformity with the applicable ISO 3632 requirements within the defined certified scope.

As RMK Enterprises adds new products and ways of selling, it will update its product details, supplier files, handling methods and saffron test records. Independent follow-up assessments will help confirm that these practices remain suitable and continue to meet the certification requirements.
