MAV Construction Supply and Power Development, based in the Philippines, has received ISO 9001:2015 certification from Pacific Certifications for its Quality Management System (QMS).
The certified scope covers the provision of construction and development services, including project planning, procurement, construction operations, project supervision and customer coordination. Related support processes that contribute to the delivery and management of these services are also included within the certified QMS scope.
ISO 9001 specifies requirements for establishing and maintaining a quality management system. It uses process-based and risk-based approaches to help organizations manage responsibilities, monitor performance, address issues and consistently meet customer and applicable requirements.
For MAV Construction Supply and Power Development, the QMS provides a structured framework for coordinating activities throughout the project lifecycle. This includes planning project requirements, managing procurement, overseeing construction work, supervising project delivery and maintaining clear communication with customers.
The system also supports defined responsibilities, documented processes, performance monitoring and corrective action across the company’s construction and development activities. These measures help teams manage changes and address quality issues consistently.
Pacific Certifications issued the certification following its independent assessment and certification process. The certification confirms that the company’s quality management system conforms to ISO 9001:2026 requirements within the certified scope.
As MAV Construction Supply and Power Development takes on new projects and responds to changing customer needs, it will keep its QMS current and effective. Regular internal audits and management reviews allow the team to spot gaps, improve its processes and correct problems early. Periodic surveillance audits then provide an independent check that the system continues to meet ISO 9001 requirements across its certified scope.
