ISO 9001:2015 (QMS)

ISO 9001:2015:- It is called mother of all ISO Certifications Because it serves all the industries irrespective of their scope. ISO 9001:2015 is globally recogonized standard and works even above borders. ISO 9001:2008 was upgraded to ISO 9001:2015 it changed some of its requirements so that it is easy to get ISO 9001:2015 certified as in ISO 9001:2008 requirements were too many and it was not as easy to get as ISO 9001:2015 is.

What is ISO 9001:2015? (QMS)

ISO 9001 is a world-renowned standard for Quality Management System (QMS). Its purpose is to help organizations meet the needs of their customers and other stakeholders effectively. This is achieved by creating a framework for consistent quality assurance in the supply of goods and / or services. The standard is based on 7 quality management principles, which include strong customer focus, senior management involvement, and a drive for continuous improvement.
The seven principles of quality management are:

  • Customer focus
  • Leadership
  • Involving people
  • Processing process
  • Improvement
  • Evidence-based decision-making
  • Relationship management

Principles are not ordered in advance. The estimated value of each goal varies from organization to organization and may change over time. Skillcast content development, infrastructure and delivery of infrastructure and processes are accredited with ISO 9001 Certification Management.

ISO 9001:2015 certification process

Step 1 Preparation:
The first step is to look at how you can better prepare for the implementation of ISO 9001 in your small or midsize company - including making a decision on how to get your certificate. It is an important step that lays the foundation for your certification process and greatly affects the long-term success of your ISO 9001 certification.
Step 2 Choose Your Way:
There are three common ways to get certificates, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. The most popular method of obtaining an ISO 9001 certificate has been hiring a consultant to 'take care of the ISO' but its popularity has waned for a variety of reasons (including costs, improper operating procedures and inefficiencies, staff rejection, and loss of certificate retention). then select the appropriate certificate body for the certification part and the certification part.
Step 3 External research :
System testing can be done in two ways: - Site tests are conducted on a full-time basis. The number of days required for audit depends on a number of factors including size, complexity, risk and organization type. The International Accreditation Forum (IAF) has provided guidelines for registrars to calculate the audit period. Remote research can be done through web conferences, teleconferencing communications or electronic verification processes. Remote testing is rare and usually not as effective as on-site tests. Remote research is popular these days as organizations have been instructed to conduct remote research among COVID-19 issues. Certificate testing is an audit conducted by your chosen registrar to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards before issuing your official ISO 9001 certificate. Certificate testing is usually divided into two categories. The first phase of the audit was conducted to determine the organization's readiness for the second phase of the audit. The first stage is often done remotely so as not to incur additional costs on the trip. If the auditor decides that you meet the requirements for the first phase of the audit, your organization will proceed with the second phase of the audit. The two-phase testing will remain a site-based study. This is where the auditor will interview your staff and review your written information (procedures, records, etc.) to ensure that you meet all the requirements of ISO 9001.
Step 4 Detect inconsistencies:
Flexibility of many types, high risk known as NC size and small risk known as small NC are the findings and OFI found by the auditor Non-compliance with any failure to meet the requirement. The requirement may be the client's body, legal or regulatory, ISO 9001 or your organization (eg failure to follow the procedure). When a disagreement arises, you should respond to it by controlling or correcting it or dealing with the consequences.
Step 5 Closing of Non Conformities and issuing a certificate:
After a recognized certification authority receives and approves proof of closure of non-compliance, certification is a physical issue
